Happiness is...

<p>A toilet roll! We asked and have received, however we did confuse them by asking for more than one roll between the 5 of us!! 3 rolls later and we have one happy British team.</p>
<p>The cold showers cannot be solved, so we will time this for when it can be tolerated, as it really is quite cold!!!
